Laksha Bilwarchana

Laksha Bilwarchana is performed by singing Hymns from the Ancient Vedic scriptures, chanted for one lakh (100,000) times during the ritual and simultaneously offer Bilwa leaves.

100,000 Bilva leaves will be offered to Kameswara Swami. To contribute towards procuring the sacred bilva patras, please DONATE.

Please refer to the detailed schedule of events in the flyer below.

Karteeka masa is the most auspicious and sacred month. As per the puranas, by performing/witnessing Rudrabhisheakam and offering Bilva to Lord Siva in the Month of Karteeka, one is blessed with good health, wealth, prosperity, the ability to vanquish enemies, protection from Evil eyes, and the dissolution of lifetime of Karmas.

“ Tridalam Trigunakaaram Trinethram Cha Triyayusham,
Trijanma Papa Samharam Eka Bilwam Shivarpanam 1
I offer one leaf of Bilwa to Lord Shiva,
Which has three leaves,
Which causes three qualities,
Which are like the three eyes of Shiva,
Which is like the triad of weapons,
And which destroys sins of three births
