Siva Gita is a dialogue between Lord Shiva and Sri Rama that occurred in Dandaka Aranya along the banks of river Godavari. It is from Padma Purana. It offers philosophical and practical insights into the nature of Body and Soul (deha and jiva), and the Yogas of Meditation (upasana), Devotion (bhakti) and Release (moksha).
